Integral to Emily's work is the involvement of the community, which feeds and structures the finished Artworks. The new Health Centre sits on the edge of Billsley Common. Parks are not only made up of the grass, trees and flowers that adorn the wide open space, but also of the people, their experiences and moments within the vicinity.

Working with Creative Writer Maria Whatton, people were asked to describe their memories of Billsley Common. Using digital imaging light boxes form new windows in the Waiting Area, flooding the area with light and allowing views of the park not normally seen.
